Isomaltulose is a naturally sourced smart carbohydrate, providing full carbohydrate energy (4kcal/g) in a more balanced way thanks to its low-glycaemic profile. It is the first non-cariogenic carbohydrate, gentle on teeth.
Isomaltulose is purely based on sucrose from sugar beet.
Sucralose is a zero calorie artificial sweetener, made from sugar.
Sucralose is 400–700 times sweeter than sugar and doesn’t have a bitter aftertaste like many other popular sweeteners.
