Fresh Lemon and Ginger Tea

A great winter immune booster

Method

  1. Place the lemon and fresh ginger root into a blender and blend into a pulp.
  2. Place the pulp into a large container and pour 1L of boiling water over the pulp and let it stand for 10 minutes
  3. Strain the liquid into a 2L jug saving the pulp.
  4. Pour another IL of boiling water over the saved pulp and let it stand as before
  5. Add IntenSweet® to taste.

Ingredients

  • ½ a lemon skin and all (remove pips)
  • A thumb size piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1L of boiling water
  • 1 micro-spoon of IntenSweet® (or honey)
